Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

What locations do you ship to?

We are currently offering shipping to the United States, Canada. We package & ship orders to these countries but transit time will vary from location to location. 

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 3-5 day business days.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as orders are processed. Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once additional shipping costs have been paid for the new shipment. A lost package due to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Damaged Upon Arrival? 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Returns are ONLY allowed for product that is received as damaged upon delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns will NOT be accepted due to size of product. All products are TSA standard size ranging from 1 to 3 ounces.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery in order for us to be able to assist you. Photos of the damaged contents, inside and outside of packaging must be provided. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
